On August 3, 2023, Mr. Wu Pinfang, Chairman of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Technology Equipment Co., Ltd., Ryan Wong, CEO of Evvo Labs, and Goh Lay Poh, representative of Xindongxin Enterprise Management Company, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for hydrogen projects at the Hilton Hotel on Orchard Road in Singapore. According to the agreement, the three parties will jointly invest and establish a joint venture company in Singapore, relying on Guofu Hydrogen's technological advantages in the entire hydrogen energy industry chain to jointly build a new pattern of development in the Southeast Asian market. The joint venture company will be based in the local market of Singapore, radiating and leading the development of hydrogen energy projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and other regions.
