On August 9, 2023, Mr. Wu Pinfang, Chairman of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment (GUOFUHEE) and Ms. Sophia Ng, Director of the Australian Institute of Professional Technique (AIPT), signed an agreement on school-enterprise cooperation in Melbourne, Australia. The main theme of the cooperation between the two parties is to address the challenges of global climate change and carbon emissions, while satisfying Guofu Hydrogen's global hydrogen energy industry layout. The two parties will combine their respective advantages to jointly promote the cultivation of hydrogen energy talents.

The two parties intend to establish an Hydrogen Energy Technology Institute at AIPT Melbourne Campus, specializing in the training of high-quality interdisciplinary vocational and technical personnel and professionally skilled front-line workers, to help the company to build an international talent echelon, and ensure the stability, durability, and Sustainable development lays a solid foundation for Guofu Hydrogen to establish international market competitiveness and implement a globalization strategy.

The cooperation agreement stipulates that Guofu Hydrogen Energy will provide professional teaching and training for the Hydrogen Energy Institute of Technology (HETI), deeply integrate talents and industries through technology application, and recommend job opportunities in the hydrogen energy industry globally for qualified students. The Australian Institute of Professional Technique (AIPT) will provide qualified trainees with certificates and valid diplomas in energy technology and safety accredited by ASQA, Australian Skills Quality Authority.
